PRE-LISTING INSPECTION

MOLD & AIR QUALITY TESTING
​
Tape Lift Samples involve using adhesive tape to collect a sample of mold spores and other contaminants from a surface. This method retains the orientation of the structures as they appear on the surface, making it easier for the analyst to determine if the mold spores are growing on the surface, or just settled there.
​
Once we have analyzed all of the samples in your home or business, our system compares the indoor and outdoor samples, and generates a mold elevation level indicator (or mold growth indicator for surface samples). We then select several actual images from the sample and include them in the report, along with recommendations for the home or business owner.
